Signal Runner Support
Get help with sign-in, a drive, location and sharing controls, owner-data export, account deletion, or the founding waitlist. We handle support by email while the product remains small and in limited testing.

Helpful details include:
- Your platform, device model, operating-system version, and app version.
- The rough time the issue occurred and a concise description.
- The privacy-safe diagnostic export from Settings, if the app offers it and you choose to share it.
Never email your password, verification or reset link, deletion recovery capability, authentication token, raw GPS coordinates, complete ride trail, or a screenshot that exposes exact location.
Accounts and sign-in
For an email or password issue, tell us the account email and the exact on-screen error, but never send a password or sign-in link. Anonymous accounts are no longer supported. Current limited-test users should install the current build as a clean app installation and create one verified email/password account per person.
Location and sharing controls
GPS permission alone does not publish location. End Drive stops new recording. Signal Off stops new Public Signal updates. Leave Ride or End Drive stops new exact-current Private Ride updates; an authorized rider may still see the last delivered point for up to 30 seconds. If a control does not behave this way, stop the drive when safe and contact us.
Data export and account deletion
A production account-enabled release is designed to provide Export my data and Delete account + all data in Settings. That queued cloud-deletion path is not yet deployed in the current limited-test service. Until it is released, email us for help with an account or data request.
Once the production service authoritatively accepts deletion, the account is blocked and the deletion cannot be reversed. Background removal may take time; support can investigate a stuck request but cannot restore an accepted deletion. Export first if you want a private copy. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
Waitlist and privacy requests
To unsubscribe, remove your waitlist record, or make a privacy request, email us from the address involved and state what you want us to do. We may ask for limited information to verify an account-related request. We will never ask for a password or exact ride trail to verify you.
Safety
Signal Runner is not navigation, traffic or hazard reporting, roadside assistance, or an emergency service. Do not interact with the phone while moving. Park safely or ask a passenger to help. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
