Our Lists
Give the things we want to remember somewhere calm to wait.
What we’re building now / Private alpha
Run for a season. Lift all year. Ride when the weather turns. Dark Flow brings the record together privately—without turning it into a feed, a score, or another system demanding your attention.
Proof 004 / Live / 2026
A working artifact about keeping responsibility human when AI enters a high-stakes review.
SCHOLARSHIP REVIEW CONSOLE
The AI can prepare the review. It cannot be responsible for the result.
A synthetic, interactive console makes the boundary inspectable: rules stay deterministic, model output remains a proposal, uncertainty directs attention, and a person remains accountable.
Can an AI layer make uncertainty operational without taking ownership of a high-stakes human decision?
Proof 003 / Live / 2026
A live data product about seeing a life in motion.
DARK FLOW / ATLAS
More than two thousand workouts became one field you can read.
Every mark is one real workout. Switch lenses to see available routes, elevation, heart rate, speed, or duration; select it for the underlying details.
Can years of workout data become legible as a whole without losing the individual days inside it?
Proof 002 / Live / 2026
A creative field note about direction, failure, and friendship.
GUARDIANS / STONE & STORM
We set out to test an unlimited video model. We accidentally made two friends.
Eighty-three recorded takes became a tiny season of monsters, beautiful disasters, production rules, and the useful seconds hiding inside imperfect generations.
Can two improvised monsters become a world worth returning to?
Proof 001 / Live / 2026
The first thing on the shelf is something we actually use.
A shared home for the small, purposeful tools we build for our life together.
Our World brings spaces like Our Lists and Our Plans into one calm, familiar place—giving memories, ideas, preparations, and unfinished thoughts somewhere reliable to live outside our heads.
Each space is shaped around a real need, without forcing everything into one system or turning life into a productivity project.
Small spaces for the things we want to hold together.
Give the things we want to remember somewhere calm to wait.
Make room for what we want to do without managing each other.
Can software reduce the mental load of remembering without turning a relationship into a productivity system?
What is a Little Proof?
A Little Proof is not a promise about what we might build. It is a working piece of an idea—something that can be used, felt, tested, or returned to.
It solves one specific thing well enough to matter.
It answers a question that words and mockups could not.
It gives an important thought, pattern, or possibility somewhere reliable to live.
The method
No innovation theater. No giant system before the first useful thing exists.
Pay attention to what keeps getting lost, repeated, postponed, or left without a proper shape.
Build the smallest honest form that can actually be experienced.
Use the proof in the conditions it was made for—not only inside a presentation.
Let the result decide whether the idea should grow, change, remain small, or end.
Some proofs become products. Some remain experiments. Some are complete as soon as they solve the problem that called them into existence.
They are not required to pretend to be larger than they need to be.The studio
Little Proof Labs is an independent product and creative studio in Minnesota. We begin with lived needs rather than market categories.
Then we use software, design, AI, storytelling, images, data, or physical form—whatever the proof actually requires.
The medium is allowed to change.
