SIGNAL RUNNERA Little Proof Labs architecture studyINSIDE THE WORKFLOW V2

From a recorded drive to a durable system

Inside the
Workflow.

One drive. Three different responsibilities.

Preserve what happened.
Prepare what the app needs.
Be deliberate about what is shared.

Follow the responsibility

A private record.
A useful view. A separate signal.

01 / ON THE PHONE

EXPO · SQLITEThe owner’s drive

Current Mobile: owner-only point backup.
Complete-file handoff awaits integration.

02 / MOBILE-OWNED BACKEND Locally qualified

NEXT.JS APIVerify the owner

Reserve a stable drive identity.

PRIVATE STORAGEKeep the source

One exact, verified drive file.

POSTGRES + WORKEROwn the processing

Durable jobs. Leases. Safe retries.

SAVED PRODUCTSPrepare the view

Summary, thumbnail, detail route.

LIBRARY / DETAILReopen the saved result
Read without reprocessing
03 / CURRENT LOCATIONSharing runs beside the archive.

Fresh point + authorized audience.
Private recording can continue when visibility ends.

Separate lifecycle

Trace the next complete-file path from local capture to a saved Library view.

01

Source and view have different jobs.

The original stays exact. The display can be smaller, segmented, and replaceable.

02

A request is not a guarantee.

Receipt, processing, publication, and deletion each need an explicit state.

03

Visibility is not ownership.

Live consent never grants an audience the owner’s route history.

Source & scope

Based on Signal Runner source checkpoint 3f4f88a, inspected 8 October 2026. This is a schematic explanation with synthetic data. It performs no GPS capture, service call, upload, or database write.

Mobile’s current capture path and the separately qualified ARC-3 / ARC-4 and LIVE-1 backend paths are distinguished throughout. The complete-file phone handoff, hosted qualification, and locked-phone live acceptance remain separate work. Stages group design decisions; they are not a deployment timeline.

Arcade is an independent product. Signal Studio is a review tool, and the LPL site owns marketing and signup. None belongs in the Mobile drive-data path. The separately gated vehicle-portrait processor is outside this drive walkthrough.

Not a race. A signal.
